Vanilla Rooibos Tea Giveaway!
Erica Lea on Dec 16th 2009
In case you have never heard of it, Rooibos (pronounced “roy-boss”) is a tisane (herbal tea) made from the needle-like leaves of a bush which is native to Africa. It contains antioxidants, and is caffeine free. It became popular in the West during World War II when black tea from Asia was difficult to get.
~
The little Tea & Gift Shoppe in town sells many varieties of this delicious tea. Yesterday, I braved the below-zero temperature to obtain two varieties of Rooibos - Caramel Creme and Vanilla. Today, I would like to share some Vanilla Rooibos with you!

I love a good cup of hot tea. =) Definitely my favorite.
It depends on what’s being served with it… but, tea would be at the top.

That’s a tough one. I think I like tea best, but I am addicted to coffee.
I love a cup of hot tea….though some long afternoons just require coffee!
I like tea the best! Thank you!
My favorite hands down is tea, its something that I never get tired of and can drink at any time of the day. Its also even more perfect in the winter. I’ve mostly stuck to the same varieties of tea my whole life, so it would be nice to try something new. Thank you so much for the giveaway!
I would pick Tea
I have just recently gotten into tea. My mother drinks at least 5 or 6 cups a day, so I guess I am turning into her in more ways than one!
Wow, that is a hard question! It all depends on the occasion. Favorite bedtime beverage would be Decaf Constant Comment tea (which is the only tea I’ve drank for so long that it might be time to try something new…) and for early morning or lazy days a cup of coffee freshly brewed from just ground beans w/ a touch of raw sugar, real cream, and maybe a touch of homemade hazelnut extract or a pinch of vanilla sugar.
Thank you for doing this giveaway! It is so very kind of you!!
I just left a note on my Facebook account about your blog and this giveaway!Once again thank you for the opportunity!
Oh tea of course!
I like hot jasmine tea - it is soothing after a long day at school
You mean I have to pick?! I’d probably go with hot apple cider though I love hot tea and hot chocolate too
Coffee is my staple but I do enjoy hot tea, hot cocoa and hot cider. Mmmmm…
Just tweeted about the giveaway. Thanks for the chance to win!

Just posted it on FB. Thanks again!
I really love hot chocolate, but I would really love to find a tea that I can enjoy as well. Fewer calories, more health benefits… right? Thanks for the contest!!!
My favorite hot beverage of all times is a nice, hot cup of tea. I enjoy it several times a day - in the morning with breakfast, coming home after work and in the evening with my husband. The vanilla rooibos sounds delicious - I would love to try it!
