As Reuben and I drove home from a birthday party for my little niece (I made these for the occasion), I mentioned that I was going to eat a cupcake when we got home. “My cupcake?!” Reuben protested. I assured him there were two left.

Oh yum! I made a pumpkin spice latte cheesecake about a year ago and it was good, but this looks even better with the whipped cream frosting and caramel sauce.
These look amazing! Gorge pics! I also noticed the recipe on The Pioneer Woman’s site. Very fun! I look forward to trying them.
